Nandini Bhattacharjee is a multifaceted professional known for her work in social activism, public relations, and the arts. She completed her schooling at Baghbazar Multipurpose Girls High School and later graduated from Lady Brabourne College. She earned her Master’s degree in Sociology from Calcutta University and pursued an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the National Institute of Personnel Management. Nandini began her career working for nearly a decade in a company of international repute before establishing and successfully managing her own PR firm. Alongside her professional career, she is also a respected and well-known singer in Bengal.
Today, she is widely recognized for her advocacy in the field of Men’s Rights and Gender Neutral Laws in India. Nandini serves as the President of the All Bengal Men’s Forum (ABMF), an organization dedicated to supporting men facing social, legal, and psychological challenges. Under her leadership, the forum has introduced helpline services for men in distress and launched an online platform called “Men’s Exclusive”, designed specifically to address men’s issues.
In 2023 ABMF started unique programmes again first time in India “Pre and Post Marriage Financial Planning For Men”, “Cyber Crimes Against Men”
Her very popular lecture in different Colleges of Bengal is “ Gender Neutral Law – Need of The Hour in India”
Nandini Bhattacharjee’s mission is to create awareness and support systems for men facing social, legal, and psychological challenges through the ABMF.
For her remarkable contributions and impactful social work, Nandini Bhattacharjee was honored with the Sera Nari 2024 Award, organized byABP Ananda, recognizing her dedication and efforts toward social awareness and advocacy.
She is on a Mission for the establishment of a Men’s Commission in India
