Imagine finishing school and already having the skills to succeed in your dream job. Sarash Mishra, founder of EthicBizz, dreamed exactly this. EthicBizz is an innovative startup bridging the gap between classroom education and industry-relevant skills. They offer specialized training in technology, design, and management, preparing high school and college students for today's fast-changing job market.

Sarash didn't start EthicBizz overnight. As a former employee at Microsoft and Digiworlder, he saw young graduates struggling because their schools hadn't taught them practical skills needed for jobs. Inspired by this problem, Sarash decided to create EthicBizz, empowering students to enter the job market ready and confident.

The mission of EthicBizz is simple: give students real skills to succeed in the digital economy. The vision is to build a sustainable learning environment where every student learns through experience and mentorship, not just textbooks.

EthicBizz stands out because it doesn't teach like a regular school. It has three specialized departments: Tech (Web Development, Cybersecurity, and AI), Design (Graphic Designing & UI/UX), and Management (Entrepreneurship & Business Management). Students get hands-on experience through projects, hackathons, and competitions. This way, learning becomes exciting and practical.

EthicBizz offers two major programs. The Youth Development Program (YDP) helps students from grades 9-10 gain foundational skills. The Senior Secondary Program (SSP) is for grades 11-12, providing advanced training and project-based learning. After completing these programs, students receive official certifications co-branded with industry-leading companies like Microsoft, enhancing their career opportunities.

Creating EthicBizz wasn't easy. Sarash faced challenges like convincing schools and students about the importance of practical learning. He also had to build partnerships with big companies and organizations. Despite these hurdles, his determination never wavered. Through persistence, he secured a crucial partnership with Microsoft for Startups and continues building collaborations with other industry leaders and government agencies.

EthicBizz plans to expand by partnering with more schools, government bodies, and corporate sponsors. They aim to make skill-based learning accessible to every student, absolutely free. Sarash hopes EthicBizz becomes officially recognized by educational authorities, making practical learning part of regular school curricula.

Sarash Mishra’s journey teaches valuable lessons: Stay persistent, dream big, and always look for solutions. EthicBizz is not just shaping careers; it’s preparing students to change the world.
