Empowering students with 21st-century skills through real-world education and cybersecurity leadership
Sarash Mishra is a young visionary reshaping how students learn technology, design, and entrepreneurship. As the founder of EthicBizz, Sarash is blending cybersecurity expertise with a passion for education and innovation. His startup helps students gain real-world skills that schools often miss, like coding, designing, cybersecurity, and business thinking.
Before starting EthicBizz, Sarash worked with top tech giants like Microsoft, IBM, and Digiworlder. He also interned at places like IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IMUNA, and BLACKBOX AI. These experiences exposed him to cutting-edge technology and global challenges. But one thing stood out—most students weren’t being taught the skills the modern world really needs.
Sarash noticed that while students were learning from textbooks, the world outside was moving fast. Companies wanted people with real skills—people who could build websites, protect data, start businesses, and design products. That’s when he had a bold idea: what if there was a place where students could learn industry-relevant skills while still in school?
That idea became EthicBizz.
A Mission to Transform Learning
The mission of EthicBizz is to make sure every student, no matter their background, can access 21st-century skills like cybersecurity, AI, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. The vision is to build a learning system where students don’t just memorize but actually create, solve, and innovate.
At EthicBizz, students work on hands-on projects, participate in hackathons, and even get internships and job placements. The startup doesn’t just prepare students for exams. It prepares them for life.
Programs Designed for the Future
EthicBizz offers two major learning tracks:
-
Youth Development Program (YDP) for students in Grades 9 and 10
-
Senior Secondary Program (SSP) for students in Grades 11 and 12
These programs focus on practical learning. Students receive certifications co-branded with leading companies, increasing their chances of landing internships and jobs early. The company is also a partner of Microsoft for Startups, and is seeking government recognition to scale nationally.
Why EthicBizz Is Different
Most schools still teach outdated methods. EthicBizz combines technology, creativity, and business skills on one platform. It offers certifications that matter, mentorship from professionals, and real-world exposure. What makes it unique is its industry-first curriculum, focused on what companies actually want.
Students get to build apps, solve cybersecurity challenges, design user interfaces, and even pitch startup ideas. They learn not just how to study but how to think, lead, and grow.
Facing Challenges and Building Resilience
Sarash’s journey wasn’t easy. Even after working with top firms, he faced personal rejections—including from MIT, one of the world’s best universities. That rejection hit hard. But instead of giving up, he chose to reflect, grow, and keep building.
He openly shares his career setbacks to inspire others. He reminds students and professionals that failure is not the end. It’s part of the journey. His courage to take a career break to reset and return stronger shows the kind of leader he is—honest, resilient, and real.
Looking Ahead: Big Goals, Bigger Dreams
Over the next few years, EthicBizz plans to:
-
Expand to more schools across India
-
Get recognized as a national skill-based initiative
-
Collaborate with NGOs, corporates, and government bodies
-
Offer free learning programs to underserved students
-
Launch new programs in robotics, blockchain, and financial literacy
Sarash also wants to make industry-level learning free and accessible to every student, not just those in big cities.
Sarash Mishra is not just a cybersecurity specialist or a tech entrepreneur. He is a mentor, change-maker, and youth leader who believes in building a secure and skilled future through education. His story is proof that one idea, backed by courage and vision, can change thousands of lives.
With EthicBizz, he’s not just teaching skills—he’s inspiring a generation to think big, stay curious, and lead the digital future.
